It's catch phrase says it all! Home of the drive-through safari adventure! Memories are created here in this amazing attraction located in Loxahatchee, Florida. Home to over 900 animals, 9 rides, water attractions, opportunities to feed animals (and more!), this attraction can provide your party with a fun filled and packed day full of amazing offerings! First up, the drive through safari! This preserve is broken up in to seven areas, with each featuring a collection of wild animals in their natural habitats. Favorites include the Gorgongosa Reserve where you can watch the lions and Hwange for its giraffes, rhinos, zebras and chimpanzees. Next, get up close and personal with Lion Country's interactive feeding and petting areas where you have the option to experience giraffes, budgie's, exotic birds and even go on a camel ride! Want more action? Try out the maze, Water Wars (a water balloon challenge) or one of the rides including a carousel, the El Paso Train, Ferris Wheel or a water attraction called Safari Plunge where you can sail down water slides in to a refreshing pool! Don't leave without experiencing one of Lion Country's shows including Critter Tales and Nature's Treasures - both include animal displays that will surely enthrall you!
