With an impressive line up of 7 roller coasters, it is guaranteed that you will find not only one but multiple favorite coasters to spend your morning whizzing up and down! Most popular is Shivering Timbers, a full mile of wooden tracks with heights of up to 125 feet and 55 degree angles! This coaster is proudly named as one of the best 10 coasters in the world! Looming high in the sky is a coaster you can't miss - the Thunderhawk is one of the first suspended looping roller coaster in the state with 105 feet heights and speeds of up to 50 mph, this ride will not disappoint the thrill seeking enthusiasts! For those wanting to check out the family rides, look in to the Giant Gondola Wheel, the Speed Splashers and the Sea Dragon, all of which are designed to delight families looking for a gentler ride. If water adventures are more so your style, be sure to grab a raft and jump on board the Funnel of Fear which is exactly that - a large funnel suspended high up which swirls you around and around! Or head to Cyclone Zone, where sitting in a tube, you will be whizzed through the curves and bends of this exciting water ride! Snake Pit is another popular die at Michigan's Adventure with it's fully enclosed tubes that wind you up and down, you will be catching your breath as you speed down in to the cooling waters below! For gentler water attractions, be sure to stop at the Tidal Wave, a large wave pool, or the Lazy River.
